"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found Sakrete easy to use overall. I was just looking up some info on concrete mix, and I got to the product pages without having to click around too much, which was nice...
The only thing was that a few pages felt a little busy, so I had to slow down and read things over again. But it still got me what I needed, so no real complaints..

"Bags arrived in good condition"
The bags showed up looking fine—no rips, leaks, or anything like that, and the packaging was in good shape too. Overall, no complaints there. I’m just hoping the follow-up/compensation side of things is handled as promised.

"I’ve bought this a couple of times..."
I’ve bought this a couple of times, and my experience has been a bit mixed. When the bag is fresh and not clumpy, it works well for what I need. But a few bags had chunks in them, which made it more annoying to use. I’d say it’s decent if you’re not too picky or you’re using it for something basic, but I probably wouldn’t rely on it if consistency really matters.

"Held up way better than I thought it would"
I used Sakrete to patch up a small spot on my patio, it’s been stronger than I expected. It set up nice and solid, and since then it’s dealt with rain, muddy shoes, patio chairs scraping across it, a heavy planter getting dragged over it, and even me dropping a tool on it once. Still no cracks or crumbling. For a little repair job, I’m happy with how it turned out.

I used Sakrete to patch up a small section of walkway, and it went smoother than I expected. Mixing it wasn’t a big deal, and it started firming up fast once I got it in place. By the next day it already felt solid, and over the week it cured up nicely. No cracks showing so far, so yeah, I’m happy with it

"Pretty smooth overall"
It mixed up nice and even for me, no weird lumps or anything. I feel like that means it worked good, since if it blends smooth then it’s probably doing what it’s supposed to. No complaints really.

"Support felt like asking a knowledgeable friend"
I had a question about mixing and reached out to support, and they got back to me really fast. The way they explained it reminded me of when my friend walks me through something step by step without making it feel complicated. Super easy to understand, and I really appreciated the help

"Coverage was way off!!"
I used the calculator on Sakrete to figure out how many bags I needed, but I still ended up coming up short. The yield on the bags didn’t match what I actually got at all!! I had to stop in the middle of the job and go buy more, which was frustrating.
